Heart (passion and interests):
- What do you love doing when you finally get free time?
- What’s something you’re really looking forward to right now?
- What kind of things make you feel most alive?
- What issues or causes do you really care about?
- If you had a totally free weekend, how would you spend it?
Habits (daily life):
- What does a typical day look like for you?
- What do you usually do to relax or recharge?
- Is there anything new you’ve been learning or trying lately?
- Are you more of a morning person or a night owl?
- What’s one small routine you really enjoy each week?
Hurts (struggles and challenges):
- What’s been the most stressful part of this season of life?
- What’s something that’s been weighing on your mind lately?
- What has been challenging for you this year?
- When life gets overwhelming, what helps you get through it?
- How can I be praying for or supporting you right now?
